1. Do Not Lie to Officials
Providing false information to a government employee is a serious crime (under Section 217 of the BNS). You can be sent to jail for doing this.
2. Do Not Lie on Voter Forms
Giving false details to add, delete, or change names on the voter list is illegal (under Section 31 of the RP Act, 1950). This offense carries a penalty of imprisonment, a fine, or both.
3. We Check All Documents
Every document you submit will be sent for independent verification. If we find any document is fake, forged, or misleading, we will take immediate legal action against you under the strict laws of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.
Summary: Be honest. All information and documents are verified, and lying carries severe legal consequences including jail time.

Government Employee ID / Pension Papers
Issued to regular employees or pensioners of Central/State Govt. or PSUs.
Old Official Documents (Issued before July 1, 1987)
Any ID, certificate, or document from a Govt. body, Bank, Post Office, LIC, or PSU.
Birth Certificate
Issued by a competent municipal or government authority.
Passport
Education Certificates
Matriculation (10th) or Degree certificates from a recognized board or university.
Permanent Residence Certificate (PRC)
Issued by the state’s competent authority.
Forest Rights Certificate
Caste Certificate
OBC, SC, ST, or other backward community certificates issued by a competent authority.
NRC Documents (National Register of Citizens), where applicable.
Family Register
Prepared by the State or Local Authority.
Land or House Allotment Certificate
Government-issued proof of property allotment.
Aadhaar Card
Subject to Election Commission Instruction No. 23/2025-ERS/Vol. 2 (dated 09.09.2025).
Voter List Extract
Copy of the Bihar SIR electoral roll as of 01.07.2025.
